During regular business hours our local residential rate is $125+HST, minimum 1 hour. For after hours and weekend emergency service our local residential rate is $187.50 +HST, minimum 1 hour.

Yes, all of our quotations are complimentary and you can trust you will be greeted at your home with the Owner of the company to answer all of your questions. When a quote is requested we will book you in at a mutually accessible time. We then visit your home so we can provide you with the most accurate HVAC recommendations. We will then provide you with a formal quotation from the office along with brochures of all the recommended equipment.
